Q. Why aren't my offers crediting?
A.There are many reasons an offer does not credit. Sometimes there is nothing we can do. However, a list of tips has been given for all members to use. You can find it here: http://www.prizelive.com/forum/index.php?topic=971.0

Q. Why is my offer under review?
A.This is most likely a trial offer you have completed. Either it has credited, and we are waiting to make sure it hasn't been found to be fraudulent, or we are waiting to hear from the advertiser whether or not to credit it.

Q.. How long does my offer take to credit?
A.Generally offers credit within fifteen minutes - one hour. However some take longer, so we allow thirty days to pass. After thirty days, if the offer doesn't credit we will reset the offer for you to re-try.

Q. Why don't I have many offers?
A.You are most likely an international member and sadly there aren't as many offers those of the international community. Please trust us, when we say as we find international offers, we add them.

Q. Why are my offers in the denied folder?
A.If an offer is in the denied folder, it means the advertiser did not accept accept your offer. It also means that most likely, this offer cannot be tried again.

II. Payment

Q.When will I be paid?
A.Hm, how about instantly? That's if you request it by PayPal. Other payment methods will be sent by a net payout system. This means whatever your net payout day is, you will be paid on that day of the following month. So if your net pay is 18, all your earnings you cash out from January will be paid February 18th.

Q.How do I cashout?
A.Go to the member page, and look on the left menu. The last option is "Rewards." Click that, and then you will be taken to the rewards page. Choose your payment method and enjoy your hard deserved cash.
